Other
AOD-9604
Synthetic peptide fragment derived from the C-terminal region of human growth hormone. Studied for its role in metabolic and biochemical pathways related to lipid signaling and energy balance. Unlike full-length growth hormone, AOD-9604 does not appear to activate IGF-1 pathways in laboratory testing. Evaluated in multiple human studies (~800-900 adults, 2001-2006) where it was generally well tolerated; no statistically significant efficacy on body composition or metabolic endpoints was demonstrated versus placebo.
