The number on every Certificate of Analysis is the integrated HPLC area for that specific lot, measured by a third-party lab. It is a measurement, not a marketing target. A supplier publishing a flat 99.9% on every product is selling the label, not the assay.
Why do I need to apply? Can I just place an order?
Because the FDA enforces against suppliers who sell to anyone. The approval step is what keeps the supply chain — and every approved buyer's compliance posture — clean. Review typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
Are you a 503B outsourcing facility or GMP-compliant?
No, and we are explicit about that. US Peptide Clinic supplies APIs to licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, which handle their own compounding under USP <797> and <795>. If a 503B outsourcing facility is required, we are not the supplier.
Can a clinic or wellness practice buy from us for patient administration?
No. Direct patient administration requires a licensed 503A pharmacy intermediary. Accounts registered for that purpose are rejected at approval.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Continental United States only.
Can I open an account on net-60 terms?
Payment terms are set per account at approval. The default for new accounts is cash on order. Net terms (15, 30, 45, or 60 days) are negotiated with your admin contact after the first order.
